These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Riff Your Idea. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before buying.
Riff Your Idea provides Instagram strategy audits, content consulting, and related digital products. Our products include the Riff Check ($27), the Strategy Audit ($197), and the Script Engine ($497-$947). These terms apply to all purchases made through our website (riffyouridea.com) and our Stan Store checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Riff Your Idea. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Our products are delivered digitally via email. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Delivery times are estimates. We will notify you by email if there is a delay. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address.
Buyers of the Riff Check ($27) may apply their purchase price as a credit toward the Strategy Audit ($197) within 90 days of their Riff Check delivery. To apply the credit, reply to your Riff Check delivery email and request an upgrade. You will be charged only the $170 difference. This credit is non-transferable and applies to one Strategy Audit purchase only.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your Riff Check or Strategy Audit, contact us at hello@riffyouridea.com within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are available provided that the buyer has not already fully implemented the recommendations and publicly attributed measurable results to them. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or after the advice has been substantially used.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
The content of our audits and consulting products is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional marketing, business, financial, legal, or investment advice. Results from implementing our recommendations will vary based on your account, niche, audience, product, and many other factors outside our control.
Riff Your Idea makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding specific outcomes, revenue, follower growth, or business results from using our products. Any examples of results mentioned in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of your results.
To deliver our audits, we access publicly available data from your Instagram account, including your public reels, view counts, bio, and profile information. We do not access private account data, login credentials, or any information that is not publicly visible on Instagram.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your account data or personal information to third parties. Account data collected during the audit process is used solely to deliver your purchased product and is not retained beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
All audit documents, scripts, and materials we deliver to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the deliverables without our prior written consent. The frameworks, methodologies, and content systems used to produce our audits are the intellectual property of Riff Your Idea and may not be reproduced or used to create competing products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riff Your Idea's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Riff Your Idea be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riff Your Idea and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property.
You agree to resolve any disputes with Riff Your Idea on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For purchases already made, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Riff Your Idea regarding your use of our products and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
